Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of the B2B intermediary service provided by AI Agri-Fish Wholesale ("Company"). The Company is a mail-order broker and is not a party to individual transactions; each transaction is formed between the Seller and the Buyer.
1. Role of the platform
Under Korean e-commerce law the Company acts as a mail-order broker facilitating transactions between Sellers and Buyers. The Company is not the seller, supplier, or owner of the goods; performance, quality, and legal responsibility for each transaction lie with the transacting parties. Where the Company separately provides fulfilment, inspection, or escrow, the applicable service terms take precedence.
2. Eligibility
The service is intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions and is available only to business users who complete the organisation verification process. It is not a consumer service. Identity documents such as a business registration certificate, mail-order sales registration, and account holder confirmation may be required; quotation and ordering functions are restricted until verification is passed.
3. Transaction flow
A transaction proceeds through RFQ → Quote → Order → Inspection → Ship → Deliver. State transitions at each stage follow rules defined by the Company and are recorded in the audit log; arbitrary state manipulation is not permitted. Inspection follows the procedure and window separately notified by the Company; where a transaction may be auto-confirmed absent inspection, the conditions follow the policy pre-announced by the Company.
4. Payment & settlement
Payment may be processed via a payment or escrow provider designated by the Company. Settlement timing, fees, and refund conditions are set by separate policies and individual contracts. The Company may suspend payment or settlement where it reasonably suspects unlawful or fraudulent activity, in which case the affected user is notified with the basis.
5. Disputes
Disputes are in principle resolved between the Seller and the Buyer; the Company may provide mediating evidence (audit log, inspection outcome, shipping history). Any final decision by the Company is not a substitute for litigation or arbitration. The competent court is the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea.
6. Limitation of liability
As a mail-order broker the Company is not, in principle, responsible for the accuracy of information registered by Sellers and Buyers, the quality or safety of the goods, or the performance of individual transactions. Liability arising from the Company's wilful misconduct or gross negligence remains within the scope required by applicable law.
