Required documents
- Business registration copy — Cooperative business registration copy (scanned image or PDF).
- Quality certifications — HACCP, GAP, aquaculture traceability, traditional food, etc.
- Settlement bank account copy — Account holder and business name must match; the account number is shown masked.
- Manager contact — Contact for order, inspection, dispute alerts
Settlement
- Payment is managed so that it is settled to the cooperative after inspection passes.
- Payment and settlement events are preserved append-only in the audit ledger.
- Settlement terms and cadence are advised per category when the agreement is signed.
Shipping and liability
- Domestic shipping is covered by the seller. Please include logistics costs in the settlement amount you register.
- Responsibility for damage or delay in domestic delivery rests with the seller and transfers upon inspection approval.
- For export, shipping is covered by the buyer and liability follows the agreed Incoterms.
- The seller chooses the shipping method and carrier. Temperature conditions and shipment events are recorded per lot.
